Despite tying the knot just last year, it looks like things are well and truly over for musician Billy Ray Cyrus and his wife, Firerose as the 62 year old has asked for a temporary restraining order.
According to reports, Billy Ray - who is dad to Miley, Noah Cyrus, Christopher Cody, Trace and Braison Cyrus - has filed claims that 37-year-old Firerose spent nearly $100K across 37 unauthorised charges on his business account, including $70,665 in payments to her lawyers. In response, Firerose's legal team wrote: "To claim Wife has made 37 unauthorized charges is untrue. Throughout the divorce proceedings, the parties are to live as per the status quo during the marriage. Wife was simply living as she has since October 10, 2023, and Husband has no right to cut her off."
