Natural disasters will put the state's AAA rating at risk in the long term, says credit rating agency Moody's.

The state's capacity to handle immediate climate hazards will be exhausted as"long-term impact poses credit risks". The independent inquiry will take into account the role weather, drought, climate change, fuel loads and human activity played in the disaster.
