So......why hasn't it been so? I'll tell you why, I was behind a month on Pta on my bill. Gave me 7 days and cut me off for R2800. No problem. 2 days later I erroneously receive someone else's notice (Mrs Mkhosi) thanking her for payment of R800 (outstanding balance R78000)...
