Gemma Bloor, 29, from Staffordshire, was put on Universal Credit after suffering an accident at work, but says she did not receive any payments for six weeks

A mum-of-three says she has been left more than £2,000 out of pocket after being switched to Universal Credit.But she claims she did not receive any money for six weeks, ended up with £800 childcare arrears due to the benefit changes, landed a £300 council charge, and had her Universal Credit withheld last month.
