I'm not sure that'd work. Supposedly, you'd need to have a verifiable banking relationship with any bank you applied for the loan . According to the information BofA put out, you had to have been banking with them prior to January 2019 in order to qualify to even APPLY for PPP

How can a system be so broken that loans are granted to large corporations. When will American gov realize this is the year 2020, we should have systems in place to prevent this, but then again look at the needless loss of life from being ill prepared in 2020
