Australia’s property market has taken a massive hit thanks to coronavirus, with sales values dropping as much as 85% in Melbourne over the past two months, and many tenants breaking their leases because they can no longer afford rent.A studio apartment in the popular inner-city suburb of Surry Hills listed for $380 per week, with two week’s free rent, quickly gained attention on Twitter thanks to its unique space-saving layout.
I'm sure this is against building regulations. How disgusting!
PCKJ3627 ARGHHH!! YUK!!!😝😝😝
This is just like my student flat in the 80's, which had a partition at the end of the kitchen containing a toilet and shower. We had to wash and clean our teeth in the kitchen sink!
Not sanitary.
Original price was $420 a week? For a toilet in the kitchen? Campylobacter here we come.
Yuk
What a shitty apartment.
Whaaat!? 😂
Can't be healthy?
Yummy shitty meals 😋💩
They haven't heard of the saying - 'Don't shit where you eat'?
Yukkk.....
No shit?
That wouldn’t be acceptable in the UK’s building regulations I think. Who wants to rent this shit apartment? Someone with scat fetish?!
Strained pun headline alert thepressboxpod
No time wasted from back and forth to get to work! 😂
