KUALA LUMPUR: The question over an extension of the moratorium on bank loans, Internet coverage and response to domestic travel in post-Covid-19 recovery period are among the issues expected to be raised in Parliament on Monday (July 27).

Former finance minister Lim Guan Eng will be asking his successor whether the financial moratorium by banks will be extended for another six months.

He is also expected to raise the issue with Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz on why interest is still charged even though it was informed that it will be exempted before. They want Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah to state the ministry's plan to improve and upgrade services.
