With less than 5% of states contributing to the pension fund, NLC leader Ayuba Wabba has warned governors that 'any day that money is touched, every Nigerian worker will be on the street and will remain there until every kobo is returned.' Nigeria

President of NLC, Ayuba Wabba, who spoke in Abuja, yesterday, at the National Executive Council meeting of the Medical and Health Workers’ Union of Nigeria , revealed that less than five per cent of all the states are contributing to the fund.

“The money is not piled up in one place, but are warehoused in the pension retirement accounts that are operated by the pension fund administrators. So, it is not idling out there. If governors want to borrow money, there are guidelines that have been spelled out on how to borrow to fund infrastructural development. There is always a guarantee by the Federal Government before such action can be taken,” he stated.

It is Ekiti state's governor who speaks English up and down that is targeting this loan. Instead of him staying in his state and looking for creative ways to help his state, he is busy blowing grammar all over Nigeria.

Thieves want to reap where they have failed to sow.

Don't wait till then, once is taken, it may not be easy to get it back, say it louder, don't allow it
