“Yesterday morning, a man was arrested after assaulting a female victim in downtown Vancouver,” said Vancouver Police Department spokesperson Const. Tania Visintin in a news release Saturday.
“From this investigation, officers have identified a person of interest in the stalking case," she added. Police have not shared the identity of the man, saying only that he is a 33-year-old Vancouver resident. He is being held in jail and the VPD has recommended assault charges against him to Crown counsel, police said.This is a developing story. Check back for updates

When someone is following you, CALL THE COPS, DON'T JUST RECORD.. We all had seen this man on the video, she didn't call the cops and now the same man allegedly assaulted another woman. She must have been recording instead of doing the smart thing by calling the police.
The fact that he went out and assaulted a woman after being plastered all over the news today tells you how dangerous he is. Needs to be locked up and key thrown away
