The Remarkable Woman Founder Shivani Gopal says the federal budget is “not perfect” in relation to women but “you’ve got to give the government credit” in the sense that it has been listening.

The federal government allocated almost $3.4 billion in Tuesday night’s budget. “We’ve come a long way,” Ms Gopal told Sky News host Chris Kenny.

“It’s not perfect - there are more things to be done - but you’ve got to give the government credit in the sense that they have been listening.”
