Abia State government has abandoned its proposed airport project over its viability under the present economy of the state.
Explaining that the administration has prioritised its needs, he said the resources of the state must be properly channeled to address only the fundamental needs of the people. He stressed that the proposed dry port at Ntigha in Isiala Ngwa North local government area by the federal government needed to be completed to facilitate ease of doing business in Aba and the state at large.
