“That's how you're going to set about creating a culture where wrongdoing is not the norm, but rather the exception. I would like to believe that we are a society that is capable of fixing things, that is capable of renewal and capable of greatness. “We see as an instrument to influence and enforce change, a change that society yearns for and a change that should influence better governance and better outcomes.

She said the punitive part only comes afterwards, and does not replace the duty and the responsibility of accounting officers to act proactively, to prevent problems or deal with them as soon as they arise.

Only realised this now!

That will take generations …!

There's a difference in needing it and doing something about it unfortunately.

I think we can all agree on that. Question, who is supposed to instill that culture, especially when it is clearly not part of the ANC's culture....

Lol! Good luck with that ma’am.

No sh*t! 😂

Bitcoin is something worth talking about, I decided to give it a try when i witnessed how it lifted my friend to his financially . I invested $1500 worth of bitcoin and with the current increase in bitcoin price I got $17,200 just in a week with the help of _Ambreymarcus

ermbates I always see how people keep talking about lisamiaBTC on Twitter so I decided to give it a try and it worked out perfectly for me also, she knows in and out of cryptocurrency....contact her for more details about Bitcoin investment, nobody handles business like she do.

First of all, SA needs to get rid of its incompetent and corrupt ANC mafia regime. Until that happens, nothing will change.

ermbates Dream on.....never gonna happen!!!

ermbates SA needs a culture of jailing of corrupt politicians. Once we start jailing them in numbers, others will take note. They'll know looting is crime.

Start with the 'leaders', gather them all together and make them play survivor. I pay my taxes, don't steal, pay my bills (not e-tolls, its daylight robbery). I think I'm okay and many other South Africans. Thankfully, I sleep well at night. Not sure about those who stole.

Accountability in the eyes of government, is a paid holiday. VoetsekANC

I saw several people testifying of making so much money with the help of chris_diazzin on Bitcoin trading, and I dicided to give it a try and am glad he helped me and my colleagues to make a lot of profit in 2 weeks time, thank you for your transparency and trust.
