As the search for William Tyrrell resumed this week, his foster-mother became a person of interest. She denies having any involvement in his disappearance, and has told her story before — this is what she said.

This week, police have returned to where the three-year-old in a Spider-Man suit was last seen seven years ago — his late foster-grandmother's home on the NSW Mid-North Coast.

In March 2019, the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, gave her account of what happened that day to a coronial inquest.
