It would seem a little foolish to declare people with three doses of the old vaccine “fully vaccinated” before the vaccine has been shown to be effective against this years strains.
Misleading headline. Dan wants that definition & is pushing it however National Cabinet is yet to decide. Unfortunately radio has picked this up as if it's the truth.
