South Africans travelled to Europe recently where they will be taking Guinea and also, World Champions France in their latest set of international friendlies.
Coach Hugo Broos named a relatively youthful side for the upcoming fixtures, with just four internationally based players making the list.Bafana Bafana will face Guinea Friday March 25 and thereafter, will do battle against one of the most formidable sides in the world, in France, on March 29. As expected supporters took to social media in voicing their opinions on Bafana’s latest fixtures, more so the game against the 2018 FIFA World Cup winners.
Supporters flocked to the Bafana Bafana twitter handle in doing so, with one fan tweeting, “Why are you guys training and what for ??” followed by laughing emojis. The game against France will be one of Bafana’s toughest tests in recent years and judging by some of the supporters reactions, fans aren’t giving Mzansi much of a chance.
