BEIJING : China's outstanding property loans rose 6 per cent year-on-year as of the end of the first quarter, the country's central bank said in a statement on Friday.
The interest rate for new individual mortgages was 5.42 per cent in March, down 17 basis points from the beginning of the year, said the central bank.
