JOHOR BARU, July 31 — A total of 11 individuals believed to be members of Ah Long syndicates were arrested in raids around Pelangi Indah here and Iskandar Puteri on July 28 and 29.Johor police chief Datuk Kamarul Zaman Mamat said intelligence and public information led to the arrest of 10 locals comprising nine men and a woman, as well as an Indonesian man, all aged between 19 and 46, from two syndicates.
