Over 16 million people have been approved for debt relief under Biden's student loan forgiveness plan in the less than four weeks that the application was available, the White House announced.

The Biden administrationsubmitted Friday, the coalition of six GOP-led states — Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and South Carolina — laid out its main claims, arguing that they will suffer financial losses as a result of Biden's plan.

Missouri argued it would deal a blow to the state's own student loan service, while four of the states said the plan would significantly decrease their tax revenues. They also doubled down on the claim that the program exceeds the authority of the education secretary. If the court strikes down the program, it's unclear what actions the Biden administration will take to minimize the impact on borrowers whose applications have already been approved.

Unconstitutional. Case closed. Another Biden Debacle.

The worst president ever in history USA 🇺🇸

Biden’s student loan scam -before midterms -he had no authority to spend billions of taxpayer dollars without Congress -Dah -he simply 🤥 to get votes. Klain got out conveniently -before Supreme Court rules in February.

That letter the White House is going to have to send out saying our bad is going to classic

That would be one hundred sixty billion dallors to college students who’s prospects of earning twice as much as non-graduates. Robbing the poor working class giving it to rich snowflakes.

Still waiting for PACT act approval 🙄

I don't think so.

Whoopi, free money. Come and get it.

What a wonderful waste of money. Giving people false hope that his unconstitutional program would let them force the janitor they spit on to pay for their college.

And it’s NEVER going to happen. People need to pay their bills!

Contact people who paid off their loans, received Gov. $ from plan before delay, gov took $ back, & now have their entire debt reinstated W/higher interest rates. Better off never requesting reimbursement. Gov. program screwed them over. Back in deeper debt.

And likely no one will see a dime, since this is unconstitutional because it didn't go through Congress.

Gee, shocking people lining up for gifted money from other people

Student 'debt' is a Ponzi scheme.

WH setting it up to politicize the SCOTUS again by blaming 'those conservative justices'. Let's hope CJ Roberts can craft a unanimous decision on Executive overreach.

Mid-term scam. Forgiveness announced before the mid-term. Announcement that it wasn't legal came afterwards.

People love to receive money that they do not deserve.

And over 300 million Americans will foot the bill to pay for these voluntarily taken loans to be paid off. And if you’re not old, wise or smart enough to know the value of the education you’re going to receive won’t pay for the cost of it, don’t vote.

It is illigal, these days that'$ where the carrot dangles from. Greed from all sides enslaved Our children. Corruption should Make Amends and forefit as restitution for their Rape&Coveting of a NATION'$ Future 4 generations.Rat thieving bastards! Isaiah48:22. Bet the Rent❤UWeR1

Approved for a program that's never going to even happen. 🤣

Student loans: Biden has no plan B yet if Supreme Court strikes down loan forgiveness26 million borrowers who have already applied for cancellation or have been automatically approved are left on edge before the highest court in the nation hears arguments at the end February. There was really no Plan A, it was a lie to get votes. The only plan left now, is to start making payments on your student loans. The greatest debt transfer scheme in the history of our nation - The only way for poor/middle class people to get educated in this country is to take out loans. Republicans hate the idea of an educated poor and middle class, so they block student debt relief. Disgraceful and shameful.
