The lowest LTV ratios were found in some of the nation’s most expensive markets including Vancouver at 50 per cent and Toronto at 53 per cent. The highest LTVs were discovered in Regina and Edmonton at 88 per cent and 83 per cent, respectively.Article content “Equity gains, the pandemic facilitating the ability to work remotely in smaller markets, and the transfer of intergenerational wealth, particularly in the latter half of the last decade and the early 2020s,” the report said.
