CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The City of Cleveland wants to spend $300,000 in American Rescue Plan Act dollars helping adults finish their college degrees.

The advertising campaign would likely involve hiring a communications firm, advertising on billboards and buses, buying social media advertisements and targeting advertisements toward ZIP codes where many people lack a college degree, McGrath said.
