Police are speaking with a “person of interest” Wednesday after a 96-year-old woman was found dead in a freezer on the Northwest Side of Chicago.
Police responded to the first floor of a home in the 5500 block of West Melrose Street at about 4:35 p.m. Monday, where theyThe name of the woman, who was pronounced dead on the scene, was not being officially released by the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
