We can thank President Trump for the low rates to buy a new Home . This would be very nice for a young family trying to buy a home and start the families. This is great , thank you Mr. President.

Got a private load at 10% way below market for my first house in the Jimmy Carter days. People don’t realize how good it is due to their limited exposure! Take advantage people now is a good time for many economic changes in your personal life, find dream job or start a business!

1st house many moons ago 16 3/4 % fixed 30 year mortgage. So 4-5% looks good to me. It's all relative.
