Hudson-Odoi made his debut for the Blues during the 2017/18 campaign and it is pretty baffling that he is only 22, as he has been on the scene for some time already.
He joined Bayer Leverkusen on loan in the summer. This move is not going entirely to plan as he has only managed to start six times in the Bundesliga.Hudson-Odoi is unlikely to remain at Chelsea beyond this season and that Arsenal are monitoring his situation. He was previously targeted by Bayern Munich and ex-England winger David Bentley thinks Hudson-Odoi “could be a great fit” for Arsenal.
“He’s very talented but maybe just found himself in a difficult position at Chelsea with a lot of players coming in and different managers, which sometimes is not a great environment for a young player to be developing in.
