Well since I read the minutes of the last federal reserve meeting, thats a bad call, especially when it says in the minutes, they will do two hikes if the Sp500 goes past 2600, and 4 hikes if it goes up to 2800.... hence, the lower the value goes... less likely a hike will occur.
