If Tyro Payments’ shareholders needed any further sign its suitor Potentia Capital is keen to make a deal work, here’s some.

Street Talk’s spotted Tyro and adviser Jarden doing the rounds at debt financiers to line up funding for a yet-to-be-firmed up bid.February 10 commencement of the four-week due diligence. The stock closed at $1.59 on Tuesday.
