How can anyone budget when they have no idea how much they are going to be receiving. It's completely ridiculous and un-workable. Govt said it would help people budget better. Really? Big fail there then.

It used to be if you where working you got child benefit, has this changed? Does universal credit top up your salary? For everyone or just if you have children
