At least 40 million voters are likely to pay very close attention to a Supreme Court case this week that has big implications for the Biden administration.

Among the most high-profile decisions President Joe Biden has made since taking office was a move last August to"cancel" up to $20,000 of student debt per borrower, a unilateral program that's estimated to cost taxpayers at least $300 billion."In keeping with my campaign promise, my administration is announcing a plan to give working- and middle-class families breathing room as they prepare to resume federal student loan payments in January 2023," Biden said Aug.

The stakes should be apparent on the courthouse grounds. An all-night party hosted by pro-forgiveness advocates begins at 6 p.m. the night before, with supporters planning to camp out all night to score tickets to the hearing. The next morning, more than 20 groups led by the NAACP will hold a protest calling for the court to uphold the program.

Going full steam, the Department of Education quickly launched an application that more than 26 million borrowers filled out in the hope of getting their balances reduced. Instead, a federal judge blocked it just two days after Democrats enjoyed a relatively successful election cycle. “If I was Biden, the argument I’d make is Republicans do everything they can to get tax breaks for the rich and for oil companies,” said Democratic strategist Brad Bannon, who thinks the court will likely kill the loans program. “Democrats try to do something for young students who are struggling with loans.”

Biden faces reality of not being able to transfer wealth through unconstitutional means, he promptly thanks for the kids votes anyway and promises to try again in 2024.

Biden continues his unscientific c19 vaccine mandates to legally visit or emigrate to the USA. America is woefully behind the rest of the world with these backwards, nonsensical policies. Healthy but unvaxxed 🚫 Covid positive but vaxxed ✅ How Embarrassing for the USA HR185

Don’t promise what you lack the authority to deliver.

I say 'He should be able to do this due to federal law on the subject about emergencies!' It does not say 'Only in X emergency and not Y!' The law says 'A President may void student loans in any amount in any emergency... full stop!'

And yet everyone here actually thinks there going to get money from Social Security. You’ve been fooled and will end up like all socialists - begging government for scraps.

Of course because the money went elsewhere. The U.S. socialist just got a taste of socialism - scam promises from government bureaucrats who runaway with the loot.

NO student loan forgiveness not less you are going to give me my house note forgiveness. These students and their co-signer (mostly a parent) signed the loan paperwork, it is their responsibility to pay off their loan

Doesn’t matter one way or the other, he will just say he delivered and rattle off some 💩 metric. It’s a total joke.

Yeah he lies..wanna see my, 'shocked' face?

Because it’s absolutely illegal and unconstitutional

Good. He gives away our money like a drunken sailor. He dreams of Socialism. I dream of Democracy.

Has he delivered on anything?

Good.
