Keeping a lid on the size and cost of government and working hard to deliver services while providing real value for taxpayers is tough; often thankless work. Now, fully convinced that balancing spending and income is somehow austerity, the Trudeau government is convinced that debt is good and more spending is a virtue. This is the twisted logic of a government that has abandoned any moral compass.
