on Monday said its Apple Card savings account is now available to users with a 4.15% annual percentage yield. It requires no minimum deposit or balance, Apple said, and users can set up an account from the Wallet app on their iPhones.
Yea coincidence 😊
Goldman Sachs $GS launches co-branded consumer savings accounts with Apple as a new perk exclusively for AppleCard users. The promotional annual percentage yield APY is 4.15%. Currently, FDIC-insured savings accounts at key banking competitors offer rates of 3.5% to 4.75%.
Well that is so cheap of them considering the markets are dwarfing their paultry 4.15%. Get real bad Apple in the barrel.
Is this available in Europe?
Your_RichBFF what’s your take on this? Good or bad timing given the shaky state of banks currently.
So in real terms, still losing money. Nice!

IBonds pay 6.7%.
I moved most of my savings to Betterment to get over 4% Interest since last year and it looked great at the end of the year and looking even better this year so far. No need to earn 0.01% from some of these greedy banks anymore.
I rather eat dirt than give that monopoly more money.
👀
When Walmart wanted their own bank, Gov’t refuse, now Apple is more favorable. Really!!!!! Shaq wouldn’t see it that way!😂😂😂😂😂
4.15% seem pretty high. 🤔 I wonder if that is because of Liquidity Risk.
This, along with $5.3 trillion in money market assets is not good for banks
