Thought this would have been fixed by now. This could force at risk people into seeking extreme measures, taking what would be an illegal possition. Employment with extreme low pay, no rights. This would be a huge step backwards!?

I’m not suprised. The government need to scrap universal credit. It’s disgusting how claimants are being treated.

Isn’t the aim of this to reduce the call demand by moving people to self serve? Doesn’t every company do this?
