It was announced that five nationwide highways would begin implementing an open payment system by September, meaning that road users can use their debit or credit cards to pay for tolls.But now, it seems that the initiative has spread to even more highways as it was recently reported that the open payment system, which will be implemented starting September, will be for 12 highways.
