Football Insider has learned that Nottingham Forest have become the latest club to show interest in Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah - but he is not interested in a potential move.

Elsewhere, Chelsea are struggling with several injuries to other defenders – with Reece James, Wesley Fofana and Benoit Badiashile all on the treatment table.

It is believed the injury situation could now see Chalobah remain a Chelsea player until the January window. His contract at Stamford Bridge is set to expire in June 2028 after signing a huge extension in November 2022.The 24-year-old Blues academy product also boasts impressive versatility having featured at centre-back, right-back and in defensive midfield to date.
