After announcing interest earlier this year in building a new Parma Heights branch, Cuyahoga County Public Library (CCPL) is moving ahead with the project.

The next step is a series of community events designed to hear from residents about the new Greenbriar Commons location.

“Members of our team as well as the city of Parma Heights and the project architects will be there to listen and take notes. We would love to see a good turnout at these sessions. Community input is essential to creating a successful vision for the new library.” The new building is planned for a 3-acre lot that was the former NEO Soccer facility, which earlier this year was demolished. The library will be located next to the Cassidy Theatre with connector trails to the Cleveland Metroparks.
