– Following his victory in last weekend’s National Assembly elections, Senator James Manager, PDP, Delta South, has extended a hand of fellowship to his fellow contesant, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan urging for them to put the interest of the people ahead.Senator Manager’s assertion followed a petition by Dr. Uduaghan who was the All Progressives Congress, APC candidate in the election for the cancellation of the result on the basis of alleged malpractises.
Responding yesterday, Senator Manager who described Uduaghan as his “Oga” in a statement yesterday, said: “To all my fellow candidates, particularly my main challenger, my brother, friend, ally and “Oga”, Dr. Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan, we are all winners together after all it is about Delta South senatorial district.”
“I want to sincerely thank my teeming supporters, by that I mean all in Delta south. I want to thank you all for giving me your support thus far. Your support is what I don’t take for granted. “So, I am grateful to everybody for their continued confidence and faith in me. This victory is for all delta southerners. I am most grateful to Almighty God who has made this victory possible.
