The Money Advice Expert has explained how some can save money on their bills

Money Advice Expert Martin Lewis has provided some advice on how those on Universal Credit and other benefits can save money on their broadband bills.

"For Council Tax, local councils are - I was going to say a bad word - pants at communicating mental health support."There's a severe mental impairment 25 to 100% discount for people who have severe social impairment and are eligible for certain benefits it's really complicated but really big, do your reading on that."

"Whilst our research shows that 83% of consumers in Northern Ireland believe access to broadband is essential to their day-to-day life, Ofcom has highlighted that just 3% of UK households receiving Universal Credit are on a Social Tariff. You can apply to get one of the social tariffs via a Jobcentre, but there are literally millions of people out there not claiming what they're entitled to.
