Sherniqua Banks was killed when someone shot into her car on Sept. 7. The person of interest in the case, 30-year-old Dominique Manefee, hasn't been found.

Kahan blames poor communication.It's a concept Callaway can't comprehend.Police want to talk to Manefee about the case and he also has a warrant out for his arrest for violating his parole.
