Per the outlet, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and the former NFL star owe a total of $231,031.61, which includes $178.51 in interest, $2,071.57 in foreclosure fees and $1,945.31 in attorneys’ fees.for more than $150,000 in unpaid credit card fees after Zolciak stopped making payments on the card in September 2022.The lawsuit came just a few months after the pair was sued for $150,000 after failing to pay off their credit cards.

In August, the former Atlanta Falcons player begged a judge to allow them to sell the estate so that they could pay off their “significant debt.”The duo was recently granted permission to sell their $6 million home to help pay off some of their “significant debt.”Thankfully, the magistrate agreed to Biermann’s plea, meaning the estranged couple hopefully won’t be living under the same roof for much longer.

According to court docs obtained by Page Six Thursday, Biermann received “exclusive possession and use” of the house’s master bedroom. However, he and the “Tardy for the Party” singer have to share the common areas and need permission to go into the other person’s awarded space.“Neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children,” the documents state.
