TMA Australia had previously won a district court judgment against Costas, whose business owed the printer more than $172,000. Costas won several adjournments in the matter while TMA continued to pursue him over the unpaid debt. On Wednesday, he was successfully bankrupted by the printer after the court refused an application by Costas' lawyers to have the matter adjourned once more.
