Two people were attacked from behind by a man with a knife shortly after 3 pm. on Feb. 21, according to the Seattle Police Department. Police said the two were walking on the sidewalk near 3rd Avenue and Columbia Street in downtown Seattle.Those with any information about the incident or the person pictured in the video below are asked to call the Seattle Police Violent Crime Tip Line at 206-233-5000, and reference case 2024-49500.
