If a student takes out a loan and does not take the repayment interest and term into consideration, he/she should not get a loan. How dumbed down are these kids?

Do any of their solutions include personal responsibility for accepting a loan and paying it back? Of course not! Maybe stop feeding young people with some dream of college and a career that makes them go into debt in the first place. The better route would be trade schools!

Solution: You took the loan, you pay it back. If this confuses you, please re-read your loan documents and terms that you signed.

Free college = votes

Offer some sort of debt relief so they can move on with their lives and buy homes. That way, when their lazy-asses don't want to pay their mortgages, you can offer more debt relief as they have already proven themselves to be worthless losers.

The government is the reason why tuition is high. Democratic policies would just increase tuition rates.

Whatever they decide, something needs to be done. The cycle of debt is never ending and starting your adult life with a massive lump of student loan debt very difficult...I know form experience.

Make it illegal for employers to ask for university qualifications, and watch the sucking sounds as people stop going.
