SEREMBAN: Fresh from competing in the Semenyih polls, philanthropist Kuan Chee Heng is now lending his helping hand to the independent candidates contesting in the Rantau by-election.

The former cop was contacted by both independent candidates Malar Rajaram and Mohd Nor Yassin, who are vying for the Rantau state seat in the April 13 polls.
