Dear PAO,As a credit card holder for a few years now, I get to receive several spam messages asking for personal information regarding my credit card. That is why I would like to know what the instances are where my credit card issuer may disclose information regarding my credit card account. Thank you.

However, there are instances that said information may be disclosed for some reasons, such as when disclosure of information is with the consent of the cardholder, the customer information is released, submitted or exchanged with credit information bureaus, industry association, or card association, upon orders of a court of competent jurisdiction or any government office or agency authorized by law or under such conditions as may be prescribed by the Monetary Board of the BSP, when disclosure...
