The credit union said it chose the name"Climb" to reflect its passion for helping members reach the next level and that it encourages members to aspire for more. The name is optimistic and actively reaching for the future, the company said. "After years of strategic planning, the Board of Directors and credit union leadership came to the decision to undergo a name change," said Climb Credit Union Board chairman Adam Williamson said."I am incredibly proud of the success Sooper Credit Union has achieved in the past 73 years and I am enthusiastic about the future."
