"We have 35 people that are basically not gonna be with us after today and about five people who will be with us the rest of the day," he said. "It's a bittersweet day for all of us."By mid-June, the toll plaza will be completely demolished amid additional work on a new bridge to further alleviate traffic to and from the coast.
