MANILA, Philippines — The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) or the Pag-IBIG fund approved on Friday a developmental loan worth P815 million in Rizal as part of the government's Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program.

MANILA, Philippines — The Home Development Mutual Fund or the Pag-IBIG fund approved on Friday a developmental loan worth P815 million in Rizal as part of the government's Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing Program.In a statement, around 17 medium to high-rise condominium buildings will be constructed in San Mateo, Rizal.Upon completion of the new residential buildings, the project is set to provide 4,670 units for Pag-IBIG members in the area, the agency announced on Tuesday.

The 6-building project in Barangay Guitnang Bayan I, San Mateo, made 'significant progress' through the construction of the buildings, which consist of 1,080 condo units each.According to Housing Secretary Jose Acuzar, who leads the 11-member Pag-IBIG Board of Trustees, this building project is part of the vision of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in addressing the housing needs of workers.
