The striker enjoyed a prolific loan spell with Utrecht in the second half of last season but the Dutch side have switched targets.

Utrecht have reportedly given up on their attempts to sign Rangers striker Sam Lammers on a permanent basis, and have instead switched their focus onto a new target.

Ro Jans' side had been keen to make his stay a permanent one, but according to De Telegraaf, Utrecht have ended their pursuit of the former Netherlands U21 international in favour of a move for Standard Liege forward Noah Ohio, who scored three goals in eight games in a loan spell at Hull City last season.
