Where does it say it is aright for someone to make a conscious decision to get into a $100,000 school debt? If i knew school debts where going to get waived then i would have gone but a trade is what i got and paid at the same time.

Since many was smart enough not to fall into the college scam of student loans they now get to pay for these fools to get out of debt. Get two jobs which may not be appropriate for so called educated people but a way to pay back a loan you agreed to. Educated. Lol

Not only is it a right, but a nation should encourage it's citizens to learn and grow and support that rather than use it as a means to add financial burden, and further economically divide it's citizens.

Fundamental Rights do not require some else give up something!

Nothing that must be provided to one person by another is a fundamental right.

It took me 15 years to finally pay off my 6-figure student loan pile. When some dem gets elected and says they will forgive student debt, do I get a check back?

Let colleges and universities foot the bill. They're bankrolled and should stop getting federal money.
