WASHINGTON - Slowing inflation may lead the Federal Reserve to cut interest rates, White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow said in a television interview on Monday. “The Fed is independent, but they have been themselves talking about coming and lowering their inflation target, which might mean a lower interest rate adjustment on their own timetable,” Kudlow said to Fox Business Network.

What do EXPERTS say about this? Kudlow and Trump want to artificially juice the economy, leaving us nowhere to go when the sugar high ends and we're hit with a whopper of a recession. And gas is over $3 a gallon, even before our switch to summer fuel.

Why? Slowing inflation rates just means prices are stable. Why would you destabilize the economy that way? If we were suffering deflation that would be a reason to lower interest rates. Kudlow, do you know anything about monetary policy?

Slowing? Have you looked at gas prices lately? Food prices? Tariffs are artificially inflating prices.

Ha. Few people have any money. Fewer are getting raises. Companies can’t raise prices because sales are off to begin with. Sounds more like failing economy than slowing inflation

This administration is artificially boosting the economy, consumer spending is down and the boost in defense spending accounts for growth...an increase in gas should be an indicator of a pending recession...
