'Hamburglar' hackers have figured out a way of getting free food from McDonald's

Real-life ‘Hamburglars’ have worked out a way of getting free food from McDonalds, it’s been claimed.

But although the crooks are lovin’ it, their victims are feeling quite differently after being left out of pocket by fraudsters. Now a journalist has claimed he tried to buy a coffee on the McDonald’s app but was then fleeced for $2,000. A woman called Lauren Taylor from Montreal also fell victim to fraudsters at the beginning of 2019 whenthey spent almost $500 buying McGoodies at Quebec restaurants between January 25 and 29.
