A council has criticised the “bizarre” reluctance of welfare officials to act after it alerted them to benefits overpayments worth hundreds of thousands of pounds caused by universal credit system errors.
If someone kills them selves or falls into homelessness. They won't have to pay out. And everyone has their own problems at the moment the vunerable are not a priority. But maybe people should be looking to what is happening to the kids in care as they are the most vunerable.
